1. What kind of services are provided by TPLS?
TPSL provide auto maintenance services including all kinds of oil change, suspension and steering service and repair, air conditioning service and repair, braking service and repair, engine repair, electricals, alignment services, tire changing, tire balancing, brake disc resurfacing / skimming, and more.
2. What kind of products are sold by TPLS?
TPSL sell various products including auto parts, batteries, lubricants, garage equipment and tires. Refer to the product section for more details.
3. Does TPLS have a credit policy?
Yes TPSL have a credit policy for only corporate clients for a period of one month. We do not offer credit facilities to individuals.

At TPSL, customer service is of prime importance to us. That is why we take customer feedback very seriously and conduct customer surveys for all customers we provide services to. We encourage our customers to let us know their honest feedback about the services we provide for them. Our cumulative customer satisfaction feedback currently stands at 95%.
Warranty
TPSL have a warranty program that covers our product and services. Warranty varies for various products depending on their nature. Warranty is not accepted for accident related damages, mishandling or wrong installation of parts by other workshops / mechanics.

- Batteries: 12 months
