Mechanics (Auto Electrician, AC Mechanic, and Transmission Mechanic) 

Qualifications and Experience:

• MVT I, II, III, HND in Automobile Engineering or similar trade qualifications/training. 
• At least three (3) years’ relevant experience.
• Good communication, problem solving, customer service, and customer service.
• Should exhibit honesty and transparency.
• Good team player and communicate well with others. 
• A valid Ghanaian driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis & troubleshooting using diagnostic tools to identify vehicle problems.
• Perform routine services like, AC gas refill and diagnosis, oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.
• Replace or repair worn parts, components, and systems (e.g., brakes, electrical repairs, transmission repairs, AC, diagnosis, suspension, engines, sensors, alternators).
• Conduct regular inspections and offer advice on preventative maintenance to customers.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed, parts used, and maintenance records.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. 

Salary package: GHC2,000 – 3000, plus annual performance bonus
